What I do:
I run the Enrollment Department that is responsible for setting up new CareTracker clients. CareTracker is a web-based practice and clinical management system physician offices utilize. Along with setting up new clients on our product, our department processes all insurance Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and Electronic Remittance Advise (ERA) paperwork required for a client to submit claims electronically to payers and to receive electronic remittances.
How I make a difference:
I successfully set up practices on CareTracker and ensure that their claims and payments are processed properly and in a timely manner. Doing well with this allows for physician offices to run much more effectively and efficiently which makes for happy clients and happy clients stimulates the sale of CareTracker.
Why my job is great:
